Sharon Morginsky,
LSW
Find your true and beautiful story. Look honestly. Move toward restoration. A safe, grounded space to do meaningful work, reconnect with yourself, and build a more authentic and abundant life.
Sharon is passionate about helping people reconnect with what is most true about themselves—their true and beautiful story—and begin building a life that reflects it. She creates a safe, grounded, and deeply attuned space where clients can slow down, look at life clearly and honestly, and begin moving toward restoration, healing, and a more abundant way of living.
Her approach is both compassionate and direct. Sharon delights in walking alongside her clients as they do meaningful, often difficult work—helping them face what’s real, understand long-standing patterns, and move forward with greater clarity, freedom, and intention. She believes that real change happens when insight and action come together in a steady, supported way.
Sharon works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. She has a particular focus on women’s experiences across different stages of life, as well as on helping couples restore connection and build stronger, more resilient relationships. As a Prepare/Enrich certified clinician, she brings both structure and depth to premarital and couples work.
Her clinical work integrates a range of evidence-based and depth-oriented modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, EMDR for trauma processing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for working with the internal emotional world. Her approach is further informed by training in somatic therapy and early attachment, along with the neurobiology of attachment, trauma, and grief—supporting change not only at a cognitive level, but emotionally and physiologically as well.
Sharon has also completed advanced training through the Allender Center Story Sage Series and holds a Human Flourishing Coaching Certification, reflecting her commitment to helping clients move beyond symptom relief toward deeper restoration and meaningful growth.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology and her Master of Social Work (Clinical) from the University of Tennessee in 2007. Sharon is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW.0009925264) and Registered Psychotherapist (NLC.0111079), and remains actively engaged in ongoing professional development.
In addition to her clinical work, Sharon brings the lived experience of raising a large family, shaping her understanding of relationships, parenting, and the complexity of everyday life.
