One unified practice grounded in experience, integrity, and care.

Relational, evidence-based, body-informed therapy helping you to feel more connected, grounded, and whole: Integrated therapy. Holistic healing. Enduring change.

Katy believes healing begins with connection — the kind that settles your nervous system, quiets the noise, and brings you back into sync with yourself.

When anxiety feels relentless, when trauma lingers in the body, when relationships feel strained or distant, Katy helps restore alignment. Working with older children, adolescents, families, and adults, she integrates EMDR, DBT, CBT, and attachment-based therapy with a somatic lens that honors the wisdom of the body. As a Registered Yoga Teacher, she understands that healing isn’t just cognitive — it’s embodied.

And Katy’s newest passion plays out in her direct work with mothers and their infants and young children as they navigate a myriad of perinatal challenges impacting their experience of parenthood and their children’s ability to thrive. And delving deep into her specialization in perinatal care, Katy loves working with mothers and their young children to resolve sleep issues, enhancing the quality of sleep for both mother and child, and working to increase the body/mind restoration that sleep provides. Top this off with parent coaching and Katy is a powerhouse for new parents.

Therapy with Katy is about integration. It’s about helping your mind, body, and relationships move in the same direction again. Together, you’ll identify patterns that feel overwhelming, build skills that restore regulation, and strengthen relationships that foster resilience.

Her presence is grounded and deeply attuned — but there is movement in the room. Growth. Expansion. A sense that things are shifting. You don’t just process what’s happened; you build the capacity to respond differently moving forward.

Connection changes everything. Katy helps you rebuild it from the inside out.
